In honor of my love of the most delicious paczki. Each year I head over to my favorite Polish bakery in the city and get an assortment of these delicious treats. Traditional flavors shown here, raspberry, apricot, plum, rose and a few with a cream filling.

Paczki are Polish donut fried and filled with creams and jams. Each Easter season, they are made and eaten to celebrate before the beginning of Lent, where many give up sweets and other rich foods.
