A Chicago style feast of the city's finest and most esteemed delicacies. From deep dish pizza, to a hot dog, tamales, tacos, corned beef and more, Chicago has a lot of flavor to offer. The Chicago flag gives way to a vista of the city and the lake in the distance. 

I was inspired by the 17th century Dutch still life painting tradition, where artists would create elaborate and moody compositions featuring a bounty of luxurious foods and tableware. For my version, I used Chicago as my inspiration, and stayed true to my own style, using bright colors and mismatched vintage plates.
